The majority of orders ship within one business day of order placement and take between 3-10 days to arrive by courier for domestic orders and 2-3 weeks for international orders (subject to international postal processing times). Order Tracking

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your is shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address. Alternatively you can view your order status and tracking information by signing up for an account and logging into your account dashboard. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment Options

You may pay for an order via PayPal. For security purposes, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment. Purchases made at wholesale will have the option of paying by Purchase Order, Cheque/Money Order, or Direct Bank Transfer.

Sales Tax (GST)

In compliance with Australian law, all prices are GST inclusive except for purchases made at wholesale prices. Certain items are exempt from GST under Australian law such as the Lariese Hempseed Oil.

Viewing Orders

Registered Customers
If you have already registered and have an account, simply login to your customer dashboard and click on the ‘My Orders’ tab. Here you’ll find a list of all your current and previous orders with Lariese. Simply click on the ‘View Order’ link next to the corresponding order number to open up detailed information about your order and it’s current status.
Non-Registered Customers
If you haven’t registered for an account, no problem. We’ll send you email updates every time your order status changes. If you would like to speak to our customer support team regarding your order please kindly send us an email to our Contact Us. If you have not yet registered for an account we would highly recommend that you do so as you will be entitled to receive exclusive customer rewards and discounts as well as a handy customer dashboard allowing you to save your address(es) to allow you to breeze through the checkout process next time you purchase with us.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information, please log in to your account at Lariese.com and click on the information that you would like to update. Your account information includes your contact details, profile information, communication preferences, password, delivery details, favourite products, and your recommended skin care consultation results.
