Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and usually ship within one business day. Domestic orders are sent by courier and take between 1-5 business days to arrive. International orders arrive within 10-15 business days (subject to international postal processing times).

Please note: One day dispatch does not apply to weekend orders, peak sale periods and over the Christmas period. Due to the demand on postal services over the Christmas period, delivery timeframes can also vary and orders may be delayed.

Order Tracking

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Shipping confirmation will also be sent to your email address.

Live tracking messages will be sent via SMS and email.

Alternatively, you can view your order status and tracking information by registering for an account and logging into your account dashboard.


Payment Options

Payment can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, INTERNET BANKING (POLi) or through AFTERPAY.

AfterPay splits your payments over four equal instalments, the first due at the time of making your purchase, and the remaining three after each subsequent fortnight. AfterPay will schedule automatic payments for you from the credit or debit card of your choice.

Viewing Orders

Registered Customers

If you have already registered and have an account, simply login to your customer dashboard and click on the ‘my orders’ tab. Here you’ll find a list of all your current and previous orders. Click on the ‘view order’ link next to the corresponding order number to open up detailed information about your order and its current status.

Non-registered Customers

Creating an Account

Signing up for an account provides a history of your previous orders, and simplifies the checkout process next time you purchase with us. SIGNING UP is free, quick and easy.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information, please log in to your account and select from the dashboard or drop-down options. From here you can manage your email address, billing address, shipping address and password.

Forgotten Password

Please visit the LOGIN page and click on lost your password? Under the green ‘login’ button. Enter the email address associated with your account then click ‘reset password’. An email will be sent to your email address containing a link to reset your password. Click on the link and follow the instructions.


The majority of our products are Certified Organic (Australian Certified Organic (ACO), Cruelty-Free accredited, Palm oil free, Non GMO, Kosher Certified, and most are Vegan (with the exception of Ethereal Organic Nourishing Moisturiser, Earth Mumma Organic Bubba Bottom Balm and Elevate Men’s Organic Moisturiser, which contain honey). In addition, our Hemp food products also carry the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) and the UK’s National Accreditation body (UKAS) certification, which means all of our Hemp products are food safe.
