Returns & Refunds
All returns must be made within 45 days of the date of purchase.
All merchandise must be accompanied by a valid receipt or tax invoice, which will have been emailed to you on receipt of your payment.
If the product is unused it can either be exchanged, or the amount will be refunded to the same account used for the initial purchase. If the product is exchanged for another of a different value, the difference will be charged or refunded to your account.
Where less than 20% of the product has been used, you are entitled to an exchange only.
Where more than 20% of the product has been used, no refund or exchange can be given.
We are committed to our obligations to consumers under Australian Consumer Law. Each request for an exchange or refund will be dealt with on its merits in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the ACCC.
