Domestic Orders (ie. within Australia)

Lariese ships all domestic orders (ie. anywhere in Australia) through an efficient  and reliable Courier network for a flat rate of AUD $12.50 per order.

Lariese will provide free shipping within Australia for orders over AUD $100! If you qualify for free shipping for your order, it will be automatically offered to you during the checkout process when you are offered shipping options.*

* Free shipping for orders over AUD $100 does not apply to goods sold at wholesale prices. Please kindly email our office and apply for a wholesale account for rates in this case.

At present Lariese does not offer multi-address checkout for customers paying by paypal.

Important Delivery Instructions within Australia

All domestic deliveries are trackable using a tracking number provided to you by email when your order is shipped.

Please include your contact number on the ‘checkout page’ in the space provided so that we can call you if the driver has difficulty delivering your parcel for any reason. You may include specific delivery instructions during the checkout process while selecting your shipping option.

Exceptions and Special circumstances where address is in an inaccessible location

If you are unavailable and specifically need your parcel to be held P.O. Box, or if you live in an inaccessible location where only Australia Post delivers,  please include it in your delivery instructions at the ‘check out’ page or email us on the address on the ‘contact us’ page and we will send your parcel by Australia Post.

If you are unable to be present to sign for your delivery

    • Please provide us with an alternative address such as your office address as your shipping address instead of your home address.
    • Alternatively, please include special delivery notes when selecting your shipping method during the checkout process, requesting the parcel to be left in a safe place designated by you.**
    • Or you may leave a signed note on your front door instructing  the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place nominated by you.
    • Otherwise please email us and provide us with your order number (emailed to you once your order has been completed) by filling out the form on the contact us page with your instructions which we will include with the Courier’s delivery instructions.

*If no one is present when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave you a card with a contact telephone number to call in order to arrange a more suitable re-delivery time.

(You must call this number within 48 hours of receipt otherwise after a second unsuccessful delivery attempt, your parcel will be returned to us and resending will incur a separate charge which we endeavour to avoid)

**Lariese Purely Organic cannot be held responsible for parcels left unattended at your address if you have instructed us to do so.

Tracking Orders

You can track your orders online, you may do so by entering your tracking number which you have received in your email at the follow page here. You can also keep up to date with live tracking of your orders via email or SMS, please make sure a valid mobile number is used upon checkout.

Overseas Orders

Postage and Shipping Charges (Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery)

All international orders will be dispatched by standard air mail, however Lariese Purely Organic reserves the right to use any other service solely at it’s own discretion.

Shipping rates will be applied at Australia Post’s current rate according to the overall weight of your parcel and it’s destination. As postage or shipping costs vary from country to country, we have endeavored to simplify and discount our postage rates. Customers posting to international destinations will also be automatically given 5% OFF your entire order price if your parcel weighs over 1 KG.

For your convenience we have provided in inline currency converter for many popular international currencies. This will allow you to browse our products in the currency of your choice, however once you proceed through the checkout to PayPal to pay by credit card or Paypal the amount will be converted back into Australian dollars at the current exchange rate. You will be billed in Australian Dollars at the current exchange rate and your invoice will be sent to you in Australian dollars.

Please be aware that international customers or customers shipping to international destinations are responsible for paying their own custom duty or taxes if any, which may be levied by their country of destination.

Item Availability

If for any reason a product you have selected selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you have the option to be notified via email when this product comes back in to stock, however at present Lariese does not accept any back orders. From time to time, we will reward our customers with special promotional offers via email. These offers are available for a limited time only and expire on the date communicated.
