Delivery Times
Orders usually ship within one business day, domestic orders take between 3–10 business days to arrive.
Please note: One-day dispatch does not apply to weekend orders, peak sale periods and over the Christmas period. Due to the demand on postal services over the Christmas period, delivery timeframes can also vary and orders may be delayed.
Order Tracking
Confirmation that your order has been shipped will be sent to your email address and live tracking messages will be sent via sms and email.
Alternatively, you can view your order status and tracking information by registering for an account and logging into your account dashboard.
Delivery Requirements
Please include a contact phone number on the checkout page where indicated, to enable us to call you in the unlikely event of a problem with delivery. you may also include specific delivery instructions in the order notes section during the checkout process, or advise a different shipping address.
Post Office Box And Australia Post Only
If you specifically need your parcel to be held at a PO Box, or if you live in a location where deliveries are only made by Australia post, please include this in the order notes section on the checkout page and we will send your parcel by Australia post.
Delivery Options If You Are Out During The Day
1. Please provide us with a suitable daytime shipping address such as your office address, instead of your home address.
2. Alternatively, please include specific order notes during the checkout process, requesting the parcel to be left in a safe place designated by you. you must also indicate ‘yes’ in the authority to leave field.
Please note: parcels left unattended at your address under an ‘authority to leave’ are done so at your own risk.
If no-one is present when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card with a contact telephone number to call to arrange a more suitable re-delivery time. You must call this number within 48 hours of receipt. If a second unsuccessful delivery attempt is made, your parcel will be returned to us and incur a second delivery charge.
Overseas Orders
Price Of Shipping
Shipping charges will be applied at Australia post’s current rate according to the overall weight of your parcel and its destination. however, as shipping costs vary from country to country, we have endeavored to simplify and discount our charges. this means customers ordering from or sending to international destinations will automatically be given 5% off the entire order price if the parcel weighs over 1 kg.
Please be aware that international customers or customers shipping to international destinations are responsible for paying any customs duty or taxes that may be levied by the country of destination.
Delivery Times
All international orders will be dispatched by standard air mail and will take between 2–3 weeks to arrive (subject to international postal processing times).
